LLM, Applied Law
Carolynne opened the firm Banksia Law as a sole practitioner in March 2017. She brings 18 years experience of working in a general law practice to the firm, with almost half of those years as a qualified solicitor. Carolynne's passion is in the area of property law/conveyancing including commercial leasing and these are now her core areas of practice at Banksia Law. Whilst studying for her law degree, she worked as a paralegal in the areas of family law, criminal law, commercial litigation, debt recovery and liquor licensing.
Carolynne enjoys working for her local community, where she gets to see clients face-to-face, hear their stories and help them resolve their legal issues. You will find Carolynne to be extremely down-to-earth.
In June 2017, Carolynne completed her Masters of Applied Law through the College of Law. The Masters enables her to deliver best practice legal advice to her clients, in the areas of commercial and retail leasing, small business transactions, contract law and probate.
Carolynne is serving her second term as Secretary for the Bankstown & District Law Society. She is also kept busy by her three young children.
