BIO
Carolynne opened the firm Banksia Law as a sole practitioner in March 2017. She brings 20 years experience of working in a general law practice to the firm, with half of those years as a qualified solicitor. Carolynne's passion is in the area of property law/conveyancing and probate/estate administration and these are now her core areas of practice at Banksia Law. Carolynne is also appointed as a Notary Public enabling her to service clients who require certification of documents for use overseas.

Carolynne enjoys working for her local community, where she gets to see clients face-to-face, hear their stories and help them resolve their legal issues. You will find Carolynne to be extremely down-to-earth.

Carolynne is assisted at the firm by law clerks
Angelina (BA) and Charlotte who are currently undertaking study for their law degrees and Katrina (BAppSc) who is a highly experienced and capable administrator and conveyancing clerk.
